We work on our feet all day and this was the perfect thing to take all of the pain and stress away. It stood up to a year and a half of use and abuse by the entire family. Unfortunately my 2 year old got a hold of the control and between his chewing on the cord and turning the unit on and off continuously, it no longer turns on. We can not live without it so we are again shopping for a new unit. We bought ours for a lot less than the Brookstone model and it was every bit as good.
